The monthly fee varies depending on a package and the number of TV channels. Today, in the city of Tashkent, the Tashkent, Fergana, Andijan and Namangan regions connection is made on four packages of TV channels:

Each package of TV channels includes national public and commercial TV channels without monthly fee;

"House-keeper": 4 channels – a monthly fee of 4 500 bags for natural persons;

"Standard": 13 channels - a monthly fee of 11 000 bags for natural persons and 14 500 bags for legal;

"Mix": 31 channels – a monthly fee of 16 500 bags for natural persons and 19 500 bags for legal.

"Mix T2": 44 channels – a monthly fee of 17 000 bags for natural persons and 20 000 bags for legal. 

In other regions in which services of digital television are available there is one tariff plan: "Package of open TV channels". Further, the Company plans increase in number of TV channels for all regions of the Republic.

 

4. Whether the antenna for connection to digital television is necessary?

 

Installation of the external decimeter antenna which can be got at offices of subscriber services of the company or from representatives of official distributors is necessary for connection to services of digital television. The company also makes connection on the antenna DMV bought by the subscriber.

 

5. During what time there is a connection?

 

According to the subscriber contract, the operator is obliged to connect the subscriber within 5 working days from the moment of payment, but usually connection happens within several working days.

 

6. Whether it is possible just to buy the equipment and to use services?

 

No, acquisition of the equipment and use of services is possible only under the subscriber contract / contract of the Offer, at the same time charge of a monthly fee begins. Without the conclusion of the subscriber contract / contract of the Offer it is only possible to look through national TV channels in open access.

 

7. Whether initial payments in case of cancellation of the contract come back?

 

No, only the monthly fee for the unused period is subject to return. For cancellation of the subscriber contract it is necessary to write the written statement at one of offices of the company. In case of return of the equipment, return of money is carried out within 20 bank days.

 

8. Whether discounts at connection of several points in one house are provided in your Company?

 

Yes, of course. At connection of several points on one personal account, on the tariff plan "Mix" or "Miks-T2" discounts are provided. Namely discounts for a monthly fee of 20% - on the second point of connection, 30% - on a third and the subsequent points of connection are provided provided that the main point is in the active status. 

 

9. Whether legal entities can pay services for natural persons?

 

Yes, according to the contract of guarantee which can be issued in subscriber department of the company.

 

10. How to issue connection of the second point?

 

The additional agreement to the available contract at one of offices of subscriber services of the company or at representatives of official distributors.

 

11. Whether some special programs, actions and bonuses are provided in your Company?
